1. Agreement Introduction

Welcome to Another Story. This agreement outlines the Feasibility Study process which includes various steps to ensure a

comprehensive understanding and preparation for your home’s transformation.

2. Step 1: Initiating the Feasibility Study

The client agrees to pay a non-refundable Initiation Fee of $3000.

This fee covers:

( B ) HOVER app house scanning

( C ) Foundation testing and soil analysis

( D ) Structural assessments including endoscope examination

Step 2: Comprehensive Code Study

Another Story will conduct a comprehensive study of:

( A ) Covenants and HOA regulations

( B ) Zoning and setbacks

( C ) Local and state regulations

( D ) Potential environmental impact assessments

Step 3: Crafting Your Unique Feasibility Report

The Feasibility Report will include:

( B ) Homeowner-provided documents

( C ) Basic design sketches

( D ) Preliminary budget estimations

Step 4: Feasibility Study Delivery

Another Story will present the findings via a Zoom call. The objective is to provide comprehensive information for an educated decision-making process.

Post-agreement, the following steps will be taken:

7. Final Steps: From Design to Construction

Upon finalizing designs, the deliverables will include:
